WINEMAKERS BLOG – BECOMING A FRENCH WINEMAKER

Long lunches with wine are the norm in Burgundy. I haven’t eaten this well in years! Food comes out during smoko “cascruit” and returns again at lunch. 2 hours later, its back to the vineyard, not the winery to check on the grapes, admire the view and to “profiter de la vie en france”. I’m not too sure how I can implement this back in the Hunter Valley, but perhaps it’s something to consider…..
