Winemaking now and then
Not much has changed in winemaking techniques, since Frederick Wilkinson (Audrey’s father) visited Burgundy to perfect his winemaking skills. The French have introduced modern technology such as stainless steel tanks and automated cooling tractors instead of horses, but for the most part, winemaking here is still the same. Check out the winemaking press I came across in Beaune (France’s winemaking capital).
