We are delighted to be welcoming guests back to the Audrey Wilkinson Cellar Door from Monday the 11th of October.

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and staff as well as complying with NSW government requirements, we have updated our Covid 19 policies and procedures.

Please ensure that you have read these prior to your visit and refer back to this page just before your booking to ensure things have not changed.

It is a requirement of the New South Wales government that all guests and staff at the Cellar Door must be fully vaccinated.

If you are not vaccinated at the time of your booking or are unable to show satisfactory evidence of your vaccination status, you will not be permitted onto the premises.

Similarly, if you have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient, have visited any quarantined or government locked down areas or hotspot’s in the 14 days prior to your booking.

You are also not permitted to enter if you have any of the following signs or symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose

Please note that you MUST BOOK for tastings before arrival.

As we are capacity limited within our venue bookings are essential to guarantee a place.

In compliance with the requirement of the New South Wales government that all attendees to our premises are fully vaccinated, we will be requiring all visitors to show they have checked in with the Service NSW app and they have provided satisfactory evidence of full vaccination status.

We would ask that people enter through the front door and leave through the designated exits and to ensure that you maintain a 1.5 m gap from any other visitors before, during or after your tasting – especially in the car park and immediate surrounds of the cellar door.

To this end, we have placed distance markers at measured locations around the cellar door to assist you and our staff in maintaining this essential distancing.

We will have ample hand sanitiser available and are deep-cleaning every used surface and common areas in between tastings with commercial grade disinfectant.

We are pleased to be able to offer our full range of tasting options, including our very popular picnics.

In order to ensure compliance with our maximum capacity and to allow us time to clean and sanitise areas in between bookings, we will be strictly adhering to timings for our tastings

We would ask your help in this by ensuring you arrive shortly before your booking and exiting the property without undue delay.

Groups are limited to 6 or less and when you book we will require contact information for each guest attending. This information is crucial in ensuring our maximum capacity is not exceeded and that we have full traceability of all visitors. If guest information changes on the day of your tasting, please let our staff know on arrival so our information remains accurate. Note: all members of each group must select the same tasting experience. Only the people listed on this booking will be able to enter the cellar door. There will be no exceptions for additional people due to capacity restrictions (this includes children and non-tasters).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cellar door and these new procedures please contact us at: cellardoor@audreywilkinson.com.au or call us on (02) 4998 1866.
