This wine has been produced from our best parcel of Tempranillo grapes picked in mid February from the older vines off our Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard. The grapes were crushed and cold soaked for 4 days, and then fermented in a stainless steel fermenter for 10 days with pump overs twice
a day. The wine was pressed and put to 100% French oak puncheons to undergo maturation for 7 months. Blended, filtered and bottled early to retain its fresh, fruit characteristics.

The ripening period was consistently warm and dry which resulted in yields that were slightly down but quality |

Daniel –
A great everyday drinking wine. Medium bodied, well balanced, showing good fruit & an incredibly smooth finish. Had a bottle with my tacos last night !
